YouthTech’s Summer Explorers Summer Camp
Washington DC
YouthTech, in partnership with the DC Department of Parks and Recreation, Mayor Adrian Fenty – a strong advocate of Green Initiatives and Councilman Tommy Thomas, requested an environmental stewardship curriculum and workshop for its summer camp.

“Natural Kids instituted the first ever Green Day at our summer camp. The curriculum included recycling games, planting a personal garden and creating several eco-crafts out of everyday materials. The kids absolutely loved it and our Mayor is very supportive of Green initiatives.”
